We aim to ship orders within five days of receipt of payment. However, when freezing temperatures are forecast we will delay shipping to prevent damage to your plants. Hardy orchids will usually be dispatched during their dormant periods.
If you would like to specify a delivery day then please send an accompanying email after you have placed your order. Also, please notify us if there are dates when you will not be available to accept delivery.
